Table & Space Management

Arrange your floor, your way.

Restaurants & seated venues

What it's for

Set up your space exactly as it is: create and name your tables, set how many seats each holds, group them into zones, and give each one a color, photo and description guests can see.

When a big party books, combine several tables in a tap — Plannera keeps the seating math right so you never oversell or double-book.

How to reach & use it

1
Add your tables
In the Tables section, add each table, set its seats, color and zone, and reorder them to match your floor.
2
Make them shine
Add a photo, a short description, and optional markers (balcony, VIP, sea-view) so the right table gets picked.
3
Combine for big groups
Merge tables into one bookable unit for large parties, then split them back afterwards.

Limits & good to know

Table management is for restaurants and seated venues.
Combining is designed for seating — other planner types manage their own units (rooms, cars, chairs).
Seat counts drive availability, so keep them accurate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I show photos of each table?

Yes — add a photo and description per table, and guests see them when choosing where to sit.

How does combining work?

Select the tables to merge; Plannera treats them as one unit with the combined capacity for that booking.
