Day, Week & Month Views
Zoom from tonight's service out to next month.
What it's for
Two different questions need two different pictures. “Who is arriving in the next hour?” is a question about today. “Are we already heavy on Saturdays in three weeks?” is not.
The day view is the working screen — every booking against every table, hour by hour, the one your staff keep open through service. The week and month views step back to show shape: which nights fill first, where the quiet afternoons are, whether that block of leave has left you short.
Zoom controls the density of the day view itself. Zoom in when slots are tight and you need to see fifteen-minute detail; zoom out to fit a long opening day on one screen.

Frequently asked questions
Which view should my staff keep open during service?
The day view. It is the only one that shows every booking against every table with the current time marked.
Can I see a whole month of bookings at once?
You can see the shape of the month — how busy each day is. Open a day for the individual bookings.
Does the view I choose stick?
Yes, the planner reopens where you left it, so a venue that lives in week view is not sent back to today every morning.
