Staff & Roles

Your whole team, included in one subscription.

What it's for

Everyone who works the floor can have their own login. Plannera is priced per BUSINESS, not per person — adding a manager, a waiter or a receptionist costs nothing extra, and there is no seat count to keep an eye on.

That matters more than it sounds. Most booking software charges per user, so venues end up sharing one password between six people: nobody knows who moved the booking, and the account cannot be handed over when someone leaves. Separate logins with real roles fix both.

Each person sees what their job needs. A waiter works the mainboard; a supervisor has full admin access; the owner keeps the settings that should not be changed on a busy night.

Limits & good to know

Roles vary by planner type — restaurants have Waiter, Chef and Supervisor roles; other types use a single coworker role.
A Supervisor has full admin access, so assign it carefully.
There is no per-user or per-seat charge, and no cap on how many coworkers you invite — your subscription covers the business, however many people work in it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay more for each coworker I add?

No. The subscription covers the business, not the number of people in it. Invite as many coworkers as you need at no extra cost.

Can a waiter change my settings?

No. Waiter and Chef roles work the mainboard and the bookings; opening hours, pricing, staff and integrations stay with the owner and supervisors.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove their access and the rest of the team is unaffected — which is exactly what a shared password cannot give you.
